Who controls your data

Yousef Al-Mazeedi Software Design & Programming Co. (SPC), Commercial Registration No. 546574, Kuwait.

For any privacy question or request, contact contact@goapp.net.

What we collect

  • Your contact details — name, email address and phone number.
  • Order content — the occasion, the recipient's name and contact details, and any message or image you choose to include in the card.
  • Transaction records — what you bought, the amount, the date and the payment method. We do not receive or store your full card number; that is handled by our payment provider.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Recipient details

To deliver a card you may give us someone else's name and contact details. We use those details only to deliver that card. We do not add recipients to any marketing list and we do not sell contact data.

Please only provide details you are entitled to share.

Why we use it

  • To produce and deliver the card you ordered.
  • To take payment and issue your confirmation.
  • To answer your questions and handle complaints or refunds.
  • To keep the transaction records the law requires us to keep.
  • To measure how our advertising performs, in aggregate.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and the Meta pixel, which reports to Meta Platforms that a visit or purchase occurred so we can measure our Instagram advertising.

We do not send Meta the content of your card or your recipient's details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad personalisation in your Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site working.

Who we share it with

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

  • Our payment provider, to process your payment.
  • Our hosting and email providers, to run the site and send your card and confirmation.
  • Meta Platforms, for the advertising measurement described above.
  • A competent authority, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers operate servers outside Kuwait, which means your data may be processed abroad.

How long we keep it

Transaction records are kept for five years, as Article 24 of Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 requires.

Card content and recipient details are kept only as long as needed to deliver the card and handle any follow-up, and are then deleted.

Technical and cookie data is kept for a short period for security and measurement.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write to contact@goapp.net and we will respond within 30 days.

One limit applies: where a transaction record must be kept for five years by law, we cannot delete that record before the period ends. We can still delete card content and remove you from marketing messages.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by a licensed provider. We limit access to order data to the people who need it.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the competent authority without undue delay.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Legal framework and changes

We handle personal data in line with the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Law No. 20 of 2014 on electronic transactions as amended, and Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on digital commerce.

If we change this policy, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top.
