1. Who we are

GOAPP Cards is operated by Yousef Al-Mazeedi Software Design & Programming Co. (SPC), Commercial Registration No. 546574, Kuwait.

Email: contact@goapp.net · Phone / WhatsApp: +965 5500 4402

These details are published in accordance with Article 10 of Kuwait Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 regulating digital commerce.

2. What we provide

GOAPP Cards produces personalised digital greeting cards. Each card is generated to order using artificial intelligence, based on the occasion, recipient details and any message you supply at checkout.

Cards are animated, may include music, and are delivered digitally — as a link or file viewable on a phone or computer. No physical item is shipped.

Because every card is produced to your specific instructions, each one is unique and is not resold or reused. This matters for your withdrawal rights — see the Returns & Refunds policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) on the order page before you pay. The price displayed at checkout is the total payable — there are no separate handling or service fees added afterwards.

Payment is processed by our licensed payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number; the provider handles card data directly.

Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised. You will receive confirmation by email containing the price paid, the total, the date, and the payment method used.

4. Delivery

Cards are delivered digitally within 24 hours of a confirmed order, to the email address or number you provide at checkout.

It is your responsibility to give us correct recipient contact details. If delivery fails because the details supplied were wrong, contact us and we will re-send to corrected details at no charge.

If we cannot deliver your card within 24 hours for any reason on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 gives consumers a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. That right, and the limited statutory exceptions that apply to bespoke digital items, are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds policy.

In short: you may cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin generating your card, and we will refund or remake any card that is defective, not as described, or not delivered.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use GOAPP Cards to create or send content that is unlawful in Kuwait, that harasses or defames any person, that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that is obscene.

We may decline or cancel an order that breaches this clause. Where we do, you receive a full refund — we do not keep payment for an order we refuse.

Any names, photographs or messages you supply remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use them, and you permit us to process them for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your card.

7. Our content

The GOAPP name and logo, the site design, and the software that generates the cards remain our property.

The finished card we deliver is yours to send, share and keep for personal use. Reselling cards produced by this service is not permitted without our written agreement.

8. Complaints

Contact us first at contact@goapp.net or +965 5500 4402, quoting your order number. We aim to answer every complaint within two working days.

You may raise a complaint with us for up to six months from the date of the transaction.

If we cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), which supervises digital commerce in Kuwait. Nothing in these terms limits that right.

9. Records

We retain transaction records for five years, as required by Article 24 of Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026. See the Privacy Policy for what this covers and how it interacts with your right to request deletion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on digital commerce, Law No. 20 of 2014 on electronic transactions as amended, and Law No. 39 of 2014 on consumer protection. The courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any right the law gives you as a consumer. Where a clause here conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the legal right applies.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date last updated is shown at the top of this page.
